Dara Gill
English
This is my sixth year teaching English at Monsignor McCoy. Previous to teaching at McCoy, I have taught for 5 years at Notre Dame Academy, 6 years at St. Michael's in Bow Island and taught my first year at Crescent Heights High School.
In my 18 years of teaching, I have been lucky enough to teach all levels of English, from Grade 7 through Grade 12, as well as have been able to go to Edmonton to experience the marking of Grade 9 PAT's, as well as 30-1 Diploma essays.
In addition to English, I have also taught Grade 7-12 Social, Leadership, Phys. Ed, Health, Religion, Photography, Art, French and numerous option classes.
I predominantly teach the -1 stream of English and am currently the English Department head at Monsignor McCoy.
